Victorious Chelsea Football Club today, Monday, May 25, 2015 took to the streets of London to celebrate its 5th Barclays Premier League title and a successful season with their fans.
The team was officially declared winners on Sunday, May 24, 2015 after its last match of the season against Sunderland, which they won 3 – 1. The club won two trophies this season, the Barclays Premiership title and Football League Cup popularly known as Capital One Cup.
