Yvonne Nelson’s mother says she is going blind

The mother of Ghanaian award winning actress, Yvonne Nelson has revealed that she is presently going blind with the lack electricity in Ghana.
Margaret Gaddy, the mother of Yvonne who is suffering from Glaucoma, and has been put on a drug called Zalatan for the rest of her life, says the GHC 150 drugs which is meant to be preserved in the refrigerator at all time, can not be preserved as such without power, thus threatening her sight due to the country’s power issues.
The actress, who is masterminding a peaceful #DumsorMustStop protest alongside Sarkodie and her other colleagues for Saturday, May 16, 2016, took to Twitter on May 9, 2015 to share a snap shot of the text message her mother sent her.
