Release Date Revealed For The Weeknd’s “Starboy”

Abel SZN is here. Just hours after unveiling the artwork to his forthcoming Starboy album, The Weeknd has gone ahead and made the album available for pre-order on iTunes, ultimately revealing the release date in the process.


Containing 18 tracks in total, the follow up to last year’s Beauty Behind The Madness is expected to arrive on November 25. Led by the newly-released title track, Starboy is being described as Abel’s best work to date. “I think it’ll be the best-sounding album I’ve ever done,” he told VMAN.

“It’s hard to label the sound because, when I first came out, nobody would label it R&B. I just want to keep pushing the envelope without it feeling forced.”
